Authors John Green and David Levithan do an excellent job in this collaboration. Will Grayson, Will Grayson was #3 on New York Times bestsellers list for children’s books, the first book to have gay characters appear in it.
This book shows how much high school influences a person’s outlook on topics, such as the LGBTQA+ community and just your average high school crush.
The humor in this book helps tone down some of the more serious moments. It’s the type of book that almost every high school student can relate to.
Books are supposed to help the reader make a connection and make you think outside of the box and this book does exactly that.
