Returning this year is the extremely successful TailGator Madness. This event is a fundraiser for the North Star Boosters.
Last year there were eight restaurants in attendance. This year, that number has grown to 12. The new food vendors include Dickey’s BBQ (27th & Cornhusker), Grisanti’s (66th & O st.), Greenfield’s Café (87th & Hwy. 2), Applebee’s (27th St.), Carlos O’Kelly’s (N. 27th St.), Hy-Vee (N. 27th St.), and the new Fallbrook Super Saver.
Get you’re tickets in advance to ensure a spot at the event and to save yourself a little cash. Advanced tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students, however tickets sold within 48 hours of the event will increase by $2 each.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 2 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.. A karaoke contest between teachers and students will take place in the evening, so make sure to stick around to catch the unforgettable singing experience.
