The team has been prepping hard during the offseason, and improving their skills to ensure a great season. A key player to look out for to look for is Jordan Anderson (12). Anderson has played at North Star for a total of 4 seasons. To prepare himself for this season in particular Anderson trained and adapted. His favorite part of the season is away games because the bus rides with the team never fails to be enjoyable. When asked about the impact basketball season has on North Star students, Jordan Anderson says, “It shows students that their successes in High School can rely on something other than school.” In other words, don’t limit yourself to only excelling in academics. There’s other things you can also do in your High School years that make an impact.
