Homemade Hot Chocolate to Keep You Warm

When the weather gets cold, warmth is on the mind. Here is a quick, delicious, warm, homemade hot chocolate recipe for your winter.

Homemade Hot Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients:

½ cup  Unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup Granulated sugar

⅓ cup Water

⅛ teaspoon salt

4 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

First,combine the cocoa, sugar, water, and salt in a medium pan.

Over  medium heat, stir the mixture continuously, until it boils.

Stir in milk and heat, but do not let it boil.

Remove the pan from the heat and add vanilla. Stir together well. All together this recipe should take 10-15 minutes. When you decide to make this, Marshmallows, cookies, and brownies are a great way to add to this delicious drink.
