Hi! My name is Olyvia Hillman and I am a junior at North Star. I play volleyball and run track. I work at HyVee as a cashier on 27th street, and my mom, dad, and sister all work there with me. I like to think of myself as an only child, but in reality I have one sister. I live with my mom, dad, papa, and my puppy, Bella. Outside of school I spend a lot of time hanging out with my friends and family; that takes of a majority of my time. I love eating ice cream, shopping, and going on drives. My favorite thing to do is cuddle with my puppy.
I am on Gator Galaxy staff, because it is another way to be involved with the school. Gator Galaxy staff is fun, and you get to write stories, and tell what is going on around us. This year, I am one of two returning staff members. I want to help make the newspaper more interesting so students want to read it and keep reading it. My goal this year on staff is to put detail in my story, and take pictures, and make the newspaper fun to read.
